Prefer Less than a Barrel?

If you still want to make your own wine for yourself or a special occasion (wedding, special anniversary, etc.) you may opt for one of our other vintner programs.

Many of our Vintners get together to make wine. Families and friends join together so that you divide the wine, the work and the cost. Share the fun! There are many options available to turn you into a winemaker!

There are many other options for your winemaking experience.

Associate Vintner (1/2 Barrel)

Base Price:$4000 (+appropriate taxes)

Join us for this offering and you receive everything a full barrel vintner does. You will get the same education and classes and all hands-on experiences, but you will take half the wine when it’s bottled and we retain the rest.  You design the label and tell your story.  For an additional fee, you may stylize the wine (some restrictions apply).  You get the full experience as the Vintner program provides but you agree to take half the wine.

Vintner Petite (5 cases of wine)

Price:$1500 (+appropriate taxes)

We are offering the same education as a full vintner program at no additional charge.  You can choose from the varietals that we are making and “adopt into” that barrel. You get to participate in every other aspect, depending on when you sign up – crush, hands-on wine-making, seminars, winery operations, bottling, etc.; the entire process of creating a Vint Hill labeled wine, and in the end you receive 5 cases of wine that you helped create, whether it be for your own enjoyment or to celebrate and commemorate a special occasion or event.  This program may be just the catalyst you need to become a future vintner in one of the other programs!

Vintner Tres Petite (3 cases of wine & custom wine label)

Price: $1000 (+appropriate taxes)

For a nominal price, we will bottle 3 cases of wine that has been designed by our vintner and label them with your custom label.  We design the wine and you design the label.  You do not get the full education (sorry) but you do get to walk away with 36 bottles that tell your story.  What a great gift idea, a way to commemorate a special occasion, or stock your wine cellar!

Note – We reserve the right to use your label design at our discretion, especially if it’s really cool!

NEW!  “Home Winemaking”

Price: $399

In our newest program, you will experience 4 classes in a series, over the course of 2 months, one-on-one with our winemaker learning the ins and outs of making great wine right at home!  The classes are held at the winery, in our production area where you will have access to (and learn how to use) necessary lab equipment, as well as having access to  all of the information stored in our winemaker’s head from years of experience!  All of this, surrounded by others with the same passion for wine and making wine.  Space for each session is limited but we will offer the sessions on a continual basis!  Sign up now!  Payment in full is required in advance so that we may custom order your components.
