We are delighted to be hosting our first Chardonnay Blending Class at Vint Hill Winery! \nGuests will have the opportunity to taste the different components that make a great Chardonnay. Lead by our winemaker\, Mark Ward\, we will discuss all the aspects of what goes into a great bottle\, from vineyard discussions\, yeast selection\, style\, oak vs. unoaked and more. Mark will also enter the library to have you taste different vintages of Vint Hill Chardonnay. \nThen\, you will be able to “blend” your own glass of Chardonnay using the components available. We will give you all the ingredients to make the best blend you can. This class will be both education and fun\, you don’t want to miss it. \nEach session is limited to 20 guests.
