You are the Winemaker!  Choose to make wine with us as it is crafted to your specifications, in your style with your name, a label of your design and of course, your story behind it.  Vint Hill Craft Winery provides the opportunity for individuals or small groups to participate alongside our expert winemaking team to ‘Craft’ their own wine at our specially designed, eco-friendly, ‘small lot’ winery.  Customers will receive hands-on instruction in every aspect of the process; crafting their own personalized wine, beginning with the selection of your grapes from California, Washington and, of course, Virginia!

Prefer to simply taste and learn?  You don’t have to make wine to join our tasting adventures.  Stop by with friends and spend some time comparing varietals and learning about the nuances and differences based on different styles in winemaking.  Or, attend one of our ‘Adventures in Wine Seminars.’ Visit and learn, even without a barrel in the game, we have plenty for you to taste!   Open to the public Friday-Sunday, 11am to 6pm.

Adventures in Wine Seminars - Join us as we explore many and various aspects of wine appreciation and knowledge together. About every other Saturday, Vint Hill Craft Winery will be hosting seminars on topics ranging from “Cold to Warm Climate Grape Growing Styles” to the “Nuances of Wine AVAs” to the “Legal Requirements for Wine Labeling and Branding” and more. There’s something here for everyone and at all levels of wine knowledge and appreciation.

Each seminar will begin at 10:00 a.m., will be held on our Teaching and Tasting Balcony and will be led by one of our winemakers. Space is limited and reservations are required. Cost is $30 per person (complimentary for our Vintners). We hope to see you there.
