Make Your Own Wine – Your Style, Your Label!
Individual or small group? Restaurant owner or chef? Family? Corporate team? Wine store? Winery start-up? Work alongside our expert winemaking team to craft your own wine, the experience includes:
- Designing your wine, including selecting your grapes from California, Washington State or Virginia (don’t worry, we take care of the shipping and delivery logistics), barrel and various wine processing options.
- Crushing, fermenting, testing, racking, bottling, labeling – participate as much or as little as you like.
- Design your own label and tell your own story.
- Taste from your barrel periodically through the process and learn firsthand how the craft of winemaking enhances your wine as it evolves.
- Result? 300 personalized bottles of your unique wine to share with friends and family or to sell at your restaurant or wine store, plus a full year of hands-on education in winemaking
