We are excited to return our Chardonnay Blending Class at Vint Hill Winery!

Guests will be able to taste different components that make a great Chardonnay. Led by our winemaker, Mark Ward, we will discuss all the aspects of what goes into a great bottle, from vineyard discussions, yeast selection, style, oak vs. unoaked, and malolactic fermentation – just to name a few. Mark will also enter the library to have you taste a different vintage of Vint Hill Chardonnay.

Then, you can “blend” your own glass of Chardonnay using the available components. We will give you all the ingredients to make the best blend you can. This class will be both educational and fun, you don’t want to miss it.

Each session is limited to 20 guests. So don’t delay in getting your tickets!

Guests will receive a small food-appropriate plate to accompany the wines. Not all dietary needs can be accommodated but please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions by emailing jennifer@pearmundcellars.com
