We are excited to return our Chardonnay Blending Class at Vint Hill Winery! Guests will be able to taste different components that make a great Chardonnay. Led by our winemaker, Mark Ward, we will discuss all the aspects of what goes into a great bottle, from vineyard discussions, yeast selection, style, oak vs. unoaked, and malolactic fermentation - just to name a few.
